Making a purchase

  • Could not be easier. Just browse the Fe-lines catalog, and click on "add to cart" against any item that you wish to buy. You will then be asked to either "Confirm" that item and continue shopping, "Cancel" that item or proceed to the "Checkout" routine.
  • If you continue shopping, you can at any point view your shopping cart or click on "Checkout" where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
  • We accept most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be processed in full at the point of order confirmation. Should any item subsequently be temporarily out of stock, you will be e-mailed with the option to either place on back-order or cancel that item. Electing to cancel will initiate a credit into your credit/debit card account.
  • We are able to supply to all destinations within the UK and E.U.. All prices are displayed in sterling and credit/debit card transactions will be processed in £ sterling. Standard Bank exchange rates will be applied. While we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and Handling

  • UK: Deliveries dispatched via Royal Mail, First Class (Express), Second Class (Standard) or Recorded Delivery.
    Where the order value is up to £19.99, Standard Delivery is £3.50 and Express is £5.95.
    Where the order value is over £20 Standard Delivery is £4.95 and Express is £6.95.
    Recorded Delivery is £7.95 in all cases.
    However we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service so we ask that you wait a least 8 working days before contacting us in the event of the non receipt of goods
  • Where delivery is made outside the UK but within the European Union, goods are dispatched using Royal mail standard overseas delivery, the cost is £9.95.
  • Other £15.95


Packaging Policy

  • All parcels are discreetly wrapped in secure packaging with no identification of the contents.

Delivery Schedule

  • UK: Standard delivery - within 5 working days of receipt of order.
    Express delivery - within 2 working days of receipt of order.
    However we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service so we ask that you wait at least 8 working days before contacting us in the event of the non receipt of goods
  • EU: - Allow up to 7 working days.
  • Other: - Allow up to 21 working days


Back Orders

  • If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Payments & Credit Card Security

  • Payments are processed through WorldPay - one of the world's leading on-line payment processing companies or Paypal. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
  • If you prefer not to give your credit card details over the internet, please call us on 08702 402979 (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday) and we can process your order over the telephone


Guarantee /Cancellation

  • You may exercise your right to cancel an order by notifying Fe-lines of your wish to do so within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. A full product refund (exc. Handling & Delivery) will be made upon receipt of the item(s) and within 30 days, you will however be liable for the cost of returning the unused goods with there orginal packaging (please note, unless defective, we cannot accept the return of any DVD).
  • Furthermore, whilst all products are quality guaranteed, in the unlikely event that you should need to return a faulty item, this must be returned within its original packaging within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, you will however be liable for the cost of returning the faulty goods

    All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.

    Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag

    Refunds

  • Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. These European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within ten days of us receiving your returned product .

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
